Your Ideal Self

I get asked many questions about our Ideal Self and how we can strive to be our best self. While there is no formula for an ideal human being, positive psychology provides a great framework to work with so I collated a list of characteristic traits that can support you to find the best in you. Score yourself and see where you need to improve to grow into your best self!

These traits manifest differently in each of us and we all have them to some degree. The important point is that we start doing our work on ourselves, use the ones that are already well developed and focus on improving the ones that require attention. (They can help you a great deal to evaluate your current relationships and can serve you well in forming new ones. By assessing yourself, you will be able to spot these traits in others and find more meaningful, positive relationships! )

Here goes the list, enjoy analysing yourself!
